That's good advice and I think that something that would probably hear
more then once during this interviews. Everybody's situation is
different and if you are at all confused about what you should do, you
need to consult with an attorney about it.
Yosef:
If I can just elaborate on the last point. It's really important to
discuss a specific consideration in a specific state with an attorney
who specializes with those kind of issues in that state. A lot of times
clients have cousins, you know relatives that are attorneys in other
states and they can ask them for general advice and then they just run
with it, when they don't realize that every state has certain new
offices are materially different. You need to actually speak someone
who specializes in this area and in a particular state.
