So many different intricacies here.

Absolutely. A lot of the intricacies are not necessarily based on
common sense or logic. It's just based on different interests. Large
businesses versus small businesses versus employees, over time and how
it has affected the tax code. For example the anomaly that I just
described to you, is not really something that Congress had intended to
create. It just evolved based on other changed in tax code at the time.
Travis:
That makes sense. It's been revolved and revised and rephrased for so
many years that it is a good thing that you make a living doing this
because the rest of us just can't understand it.
