Yosef: There is also a corollary benefit regarding childcare benefits. A C–Corporation can provide childcare benefits for their employees as well as their officers and their shareholders. That is not the case for an S–Corporation. They are not under the same rules. There is a difference or an exception when it comes to retirement benefits.
