Travis: OK. My final question is, just to clarify, what documents do you need specifically when you form your LLC? Do you need Bylaws for that?
Jake: Well, an LLC actually has an Operating Agreement, which kind of acts like the Bylaws. You would need the Operating Agreement. You would need the Articles of Organization.
Travis: Articles of Organization.
Jake: If it were going to be a partnership then you would also need to get an EIN.
