So, Jake, how do I find out what my registration fees are to form this corporation?
Jake:
Well, obviously almost every Secretary of State has a website. You can
go to that website and figure out what state fees you will be owing. In
some states, though, you have several columns that you will have to add
together to figure out what the state fees are, because it's not all in
one nice, neat column.
Travis:
Right. Government sites are never nice and neat.
[laughs]
Jake:
Right, exactly. And that's one of the things that we do: we take all of
those and we have a complete list of all the fees that you will have to
pay. We take care of how the government gets it, and make sure that the
transaction goes smoothly.
