Travis: Now, I know that LegalZoom also forms a lot of trademarks every year. Would you recommend that somebody that forms an LLC also get a trademark with it?

Jake: In many cases, it's the smart move to make because if your company takes off and you're able to establish that you need brand, this way you can protect it and make sure that noone else can use that. Use the name and steal your identity, so to speak.
