Travis: Right. So is that the reason that the publicly traded corporations are always C Corporations, or is there another reason for that?

Jake: That is the definitely the major reason why publicly traded corporations are C Corporations. But then there's also a lot of benefits in terms of tax loopholes and ways that you can structure things as well.
