Jake: I think the one thing that people across the country have taken advantage of is that the LLC has been a tidal wave in terms of the popularity it has received throughout the United States. In every state, LLC filings have increased almost double year after year. So, it's definitely being used as a vehicle for small business owners. Because of it's flexibility and liability protection.
Travis: Do you personally form more LLC's or Incorporations?
Jake: Really we've seen the trend shift more toward LLCs versus Incorpoations.
